We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be promoting the highest quality of the freight forwarding service. You will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through the traditional channels of communication by utilizing your interpersonal qualities and modern software to reach new prospects. Confident marketing approach at all levels of the customer's corporate hierarchy, an adaptive mindset, and continuous success hunger is a must for positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Organize and implement meetings with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of logistics services for the international and domestic freight
  • Develop positive relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Continuously improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Collaborate with Maxton Shipping operations & account management teams and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain preferred
  • At least 3 years of working experience in logistics sales required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English. Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Exceptional knowledge of the logistics industry and global freight forwarding aspects
  • Passionate and self-motivated professional which strives to exceed a customer's expectations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to pass a background check; clean driving record
  • Ability to travel when required, approximately 20 - 40% of the time
